, /PRNewswire/ -- Bold Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing novel metallotherapeutics, today announced it will present at BIO-Europe in Cologne, Germany, which is taking place from November 9-11.
Bold Therapeutics addresses high unmet medical needs through innovative mechanisms of action that transform oncology treatment. The company's lead asset, BOLD-100, is a first-in-class ruthenium-based small molecule in a global randomized Phase 2 clinical trial for patients with second-line metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). The study evaluates the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of two BOLD-100 dose levels (500 mg/m² and 625 mg/m²) combined with FOLFOX-based standard of care (SOC) versus FOLFOX-based SOC alone.
The company will share key efficacy and tolerability findings from an interim analysis during its BIO-Europe presentation.
