She has held senior executive leadership positions at Baylor Scott & White Grapevine and Texas Health Resources, where she led multidisciplinary teams, oversaw complex hospital operations, and guided campus-wide renovations, expansions, and space-planning initiatives. More recently, she served as Vice President of Operations for LIFT Healthcare, partnering with healthcare system executives on strategic alignment, change management, transformational leadership development, and organizational performance.

Throughout her career, Anna has championed trust through collaborative leadership, stakeholder engagement, and a people-centered approach to organizational culture-building and change.
