BALTIMORE, Md. and FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., /PRNewswire/ -- Porter today announced its acquisition of Pareto Intelligence, strengthening its ability to help health plans identify member needs, prioritize interventions, and deliver care. The combination brings Pareto's population intelligence into Porter's technology, engagement, and care delivery platform.

Pareto strengthens Porter's ability to identify needs across an entire population and prioritize opportunities for targeted care. Pareto's clinical, quality, and risk analytics, combined with Porter's social determinants of health (SDOH) platform, help health plans pinpoint member needs and determine the most effective ways to engage members and deliver care, including where rewards and incentives will have the greatest impact.
