Bispecific dual T cell agonist invikafusp alfa in solid tumors: the phase 1/2 START-001 trial

As presented at the European Society for Medical Oncology Congress 2026, in a phase 1/2 trial in participants with solid tumors, invika, a first-in-class bispecific agonistic antibody that selectively targets the prevalent Vβ6/Vβ10 T cell subsets, was well tolerated, enabling the selection of a recommended phase 2 dose for further testing, and showed a preliminary efficacy signal in both immunologically hot and cold tumors.
