Mr. Holland brings almost 30 years of experience with private equity backed portfolio companies, healthcare investment banking, and the practice of law. Notably, he served as Chief Development Officer of US Anesthesia Partners, where he led growth to help create the largest single specialty physician practice in the country. He also held a leadership role at Panoramic Health, a leading platform supporting the transition of nephrology practices to value-based care. Across these roles, he has guided healthcare organizations through periods of rapid expansion, acquisitions, and capital raising. He holds degrees from Harvard University and Columbia Law School.
