Correction to: Nature Communications https://doi.org/10.1038/s41467-025-66600-3, published online 23 November 2025

In the version of this article initially published, there was a typographical error in the “Microinjection” section of the Methods, where in the text now reading “For microinjection, a 50 μl mixture containing left DddA11 or Hifi-DdCBE and right DddA11 or Hifi-DdCBE mRNA (250 ng/μl, each),” 250 ng/μl appeared originally as “25 ng/μl.” The error has been corrected in the HTML and PDF versions of the article.
